Afternoon Roger. I’ve had my Tefal glass frying pan for 35 years!! It was bought as a set from my lovely late Mum as a first wedding anniversary gift. Glass cookwear does take some getting used to, but I wouldn’t use anything else. The 80’s for me was the best times and I relive them as much as I can. The music the fashion, the recipes anything that I remember I look back with such happy times. I’m happy to hear that others feel the same way about cooking trends and how those halcyon days were the best. Have a great weekend. Keep doing what you do, such a joy to listen to. 😊

I'm with you Roger, veggie sausages need cooking longer! Love your glass cookware, so retro. We used to have a set of pans like that, and a set of three casserole dishes in a smoky glass. Takes me back!

Your cooking pans very retro, love them. I remember mum had some also. Did you also have those orange pyrex mugs growing up? A friend and I would often stop in at a 2nd hand store not to purchase but to reminisce with exclamations of "Oh look at this and look at that" They are now classified as vintage but without the vintage price to go with them. Love Miranda Hart and her series Miranda, a very clever woman.

I too remember the 80’s best…as I was a teenager that whole decade. Half of the 90’s I was in college…and the other half I was married to a raging twat that only lasted until 2000. So yeah…I’m right with you. I loved watching your VHS videos because I was so able to identify with them…even though I was raised in Utah, USA.

I love it! No money for food but money for CDs. Seems we have the same priorities Roger. 😂 And if you're mental and neurotic, I am practically unhinged... I have self-diagnosed myself mildly autistic and am the same. I can empathise with your rage - I'd have thrown a total hissy fit in that situation. I even gut the house when I am simply dog watching my friend's dog. Mental.

Great Vlog Roger. We are also eliminating products with fragrance. For some reason manufacturers are adding more and more fragrance to things.

Pensioners that need it will still get it… Pensioners like my neighbour who has over £100.000 in the bank won’t get it he has always said it should go to those in need. The Tory’s had this planned so why do people keep blaming Labour. It works on a means tested benefit.

Thank you roger, I seen the Barbara farewell tour in Manchester and her voice was Fantastic. I'm going to see ABBA voyage in November - You are so right - Frida's voice is so mellow and in my opinion the better voice. take care.

Thank you Roger, I loved that. I'm going at the end of September (hopefully if Mum's ok to be left with a friend) so this was really good to see. I'm glad you were ok with it all. I havent been to London in years. I dont get out much now as you know, so the thought of the crowds and the train/tube is making me a bit anxious.

I purchased some Bar Keeper's friend for the stainless steel sink - not tried it on that yet, but am astounded that it easily removed in a few seconds a discoloured patch from the plastic bath (caused years ago after my daughter was sick in the night and I put the sheets in the bath overnight) and also removed limescale from the loo and shower - thanks for the recommendation Roger!
